Cooked a nice roast beef dinner with all the trimmings.

Felt a bit naff about 10 o'clock so thought I'd just put my head down.

And woke up 5 hours later

Maybe a bit of a side effect from my Covid jab maybe?

Anyway, feel fine now. Maybe my get up and go has come back home

Spoke to the GP, due to my mother having bad arthritis he wants both wrists X rayed.
