We are fine Derek. Under mosquito nets at an overnight stay on the way back to Nairobi. The fan in the room is on as it is a hot night. Poor old Steve with his persistent dry cough. He could try steaming with mentholated balsam to loosen it, Honey and lemon helps with thyme which has natural herbal expectorants in it and the honey/lemon soothes - add Port for sleep
