Rear Drivers side Heat Shield
Well I finally got round to fitting the drivers side rear exhaust heat shield, on the ZTT today. took me a couple of hours as had to trim a bit more off the rear bumper, but was quite difficult to fit the bolts to the back of the screws, as had very little room bumper and exhaust, but managed to do it with a little patience

After some considerable time, I've got around to replacing the rear shocks on the ZT-T. The new shocks were sourced from DMGRS, to ensure the proper item is fitted.
When I got the first very leaky shock out and on the bench I had a struggle to seperate the top mount. Eventually riving the centre of the top bush out. I've ordered two new ones and got it all back together for now. First drive out and it has changed the car massively although I still have rear springs to fit as I ran out of time today. Decided it was time to put a good coat of wax on our Rosey ready for winter, I used the Meguairs NXT that was recommended to me by Leyland Worldmaster (cheers Stu) and it's a great bit of stuff

Well today I thought I'd better change my clutch master cylinder for a Tazu unit supplied by DMGRS. It was a pig of a job, but definitely worth doing!
After that I adjusted the handbrake shoes, but the brake was still useless! So I lifted the carpet and found the compensator was stretched. It's now knocked back into shape and welded up! Carpet refitted, seats refitted and handbrake lever adjusted..... what a difference! It was a busy day but worth it! |

I like the sound of single unlocking and window close with key
