Default Rover 75 Tourer Front Suspension Arm Problems

Less than 7 thousand kilometres ago my mechanic replaced the four suspensions, the replacement of the two front suspension arms and put four new tires in my Rover 75 Tourer Diesel. Yesterday I started to hear a noise that I think is coming from the right front suspension arm. This noise is sometimes heard at low speed when the road is less regular.

Is it normal for this piece to wear out so easily? Or was it poorly assembled by the mechanic? Given the construction of this car, it requires the integral replacement of the part which will represent a heavy cost.
