Default Diesel alternator fitting.

I am going to fit a new alternator to my 2003 cdti, so have just read Snaggers how to and looked at his pictures. Great description and photos. Just one thing puzzles me, is that snaggers has3 bolts holding hist on. But the one l have just bought looks like it only has 2. One long one at the bottom but no 10 mm awkward one. Has anyone else come across this. I haven't taken mine off yet so l don't know how mine is fixed. Hope l got the right one its too cold and wet to have to mess around. Cheers Ray.
