Default Premium bumper indicator bulb replacement

My passenger side MG ZT indicator bulb has blown and needs replacing. It has a premium bumper fitted, do I need to fully remove the bumper to replace it? Any advice would be appreciated. Thanks.

If it's a genuine MGR premium bumper, then no, the indicator assembly is the same as the normal Mk2 75 bumper and unclips from the front.

I would assume it’s the same way as my mk2 ZT. Remove the small piece of trim underneath each front corner (attaches from front of each arch liner to base of bumper. It’s 3 or 4 screws, move the plastic piece out the way, reach up and twist off indicator bulb holder which should have enough wiring to hang down clear of bumper.

Thumbs up

Thanks very much, it will save me having to remove the whole bumper. 👍

Brian
It's imported and not the original Rover MG version. Will it still unclip from the front? Thanks.

Hi Steve good to hear from you again, Caroline says hello to Gail. The photos in the second link are different to mine. I can't get into the first link.
