Default Windscreen Washers Not Working - Rover 75

Hello,

The washers are not working. I can't hear the pump motor making that familiar whirring sound when the stalk is operated. Have checked fuses in the under bonnet fuse box, but everything seems okay. There is an interior fuse box on the passenger side, so might check there. Does anyone know what number fuse I should be looking for please?

hi i had the same problem with my 1800 75 it turned out to be silt in the water bottle disconnected the water jet pipes under the bonnet cover then used a balloon pump with a nozzle on and then just a couple of pumps problem solved 1800s are known for this problem or you could use a power hose straight into the bottle you wouldn't believe what comes out of the bottle

Did try taking the wheel arch liner off yesterday, but the retaining screws were rusted in seemed no way of getting the liner of other than to tear it.

Thanks, everyone. Flushed through with a power hose, but no good. However, managed to get the wheel liner off and clean out the filter and it's working fine now!
