Not a huge list. Been driving for 27 years.
Great thread. Surprised at the number of people who have had Citroens. First car. Peugeot 305 GLD estate. 1.6 diesel (no turbo). 4 speed gearbox. No servo brakes. No power steering. Wind up windows. Top speed 78 MPH (off a cliff!). Only did around 350,000 miles. Rover Montego SLDi diesel. Good workhorse, but not civilised. Peugeot 405 GTX. Only found the filler (luckily non structural ) when I had a prang and filler fell off door. Peugeot 605 SVE 24. Not many about then. 1 left now in the country, I think. Peugeot 306 S16. Loved that car. Little pocket rocket. Sold it as was changing jobs. Did not happen in the end. Citroen Xantia 1.9TD. BMW 325 TDS SE. Lovely 6 pot diesel. Citroen XM 2.5 TD Exclusive. Electronics with a mind of their own. Fiat Coupe 20V Turbo. Always wanted one. Will never sell this. Mia bella. MG ZT diesel auto saloon. Bought on a whim. Loved it's ride and had admired the styling from afar. Right spec, right time. |
