Ravinder I owe you a pint next time I'm in Kirkcaldy as I would never have known about it!

Can I please add the following to this list? I'm thinking that the ZT-T may be the earliest survivor?

Y816 COE Anthracite 190 ZT-T built 12/6/2001, MoT ran out 03/2022, on a private plate since 08/2020, currently some MoT work done before going back on the road.

Y699 CGE Registered 25/7/01 Copperleaf 75 Club SE diesel auto. Awaiting restoration. Nothing major needed.

Y826 CFR Registered 27/7/01 White Gold 2 litre V6 Club SE manual awaiting restoration. Nothing major needed.

Tim JMGRs - your ZT-T is certainly one of the earliest cars, but looks like Y771COE was registered about a month before, according to the list in the first post.

Well done for keeping it alive though, can't be too many Y-reg ZT-T's l or ZT's left now.

That's why I asked if it was the earliest surviving ZT-T! The one you mention hasn't been on the road for 7 years, its' last MoT ran out in 2015

Another very early Tourer to add to this list, another prototype one with SPL VIN...
Got the pics and information from Facebook some time ago, sorted out the VIN and reg date myself...
It was a diesel.

W632BOH
VIN : SPL2571AR41PL2J22
1st reg : 2000-04-19
Scrapped on 2001-07-25

Context from the Facebook post :
Quote:
It was part of a Rover display at Woodford airshow near Manchester in June 2000 I think. A salesman told me it was a prototype they were using to judge interest, and if there was enough interest, they would put it into production. Although I liked the 75 when it first came out, seeing that 75 tourer in Old English White made me decide that I wanted one one day if it went into production. Some 9 years later, the time was right to get one, but it had to be white like the first one I saw. That's when I found out how rare white ones are. In my opinion, one of the best looking cars in white.
