I was hoping members would accept the social forum as an "anything goes section" , sorry to have upset you, Number 6 and anyone else with non car related topics, not my intention. I consider myself duly taken to task. macafee2 |

Can i just say...
Av you ever tried eggs and beans on your toast with a bit of ground salt and pepper on ya egg. I love it... :-) But i do understand eveyone as there agenda/Opinion/ideas n everyone is right.... So called social media is a tricky place... Espeacially if your right and dont like been told other wise. Im only hanging in for (MB) Brian's return.. But i think he dosnt need it anymore and thats understandable. So comuth th day like Mr Loval i to will bow out and move on and do something we are not answrerable too. So good luck fella im not far behind.....

You have not upset me, no one else whom posts on the social forum as either, it's just my opinion, quite a lot of people like the social forum, it's just my little niggles and my thought of training it's a car forum, therefore when politics and mindless information is posted and you see a car club being used for a social forum more than what it was intended for i cannot get my head round it. And to lose very knowledgeable members /owners over lack of technical buzz, silly arguments / disagreements, i think the forum needs a big shake up, and it's runners and riders to take stock. It does sometimes make you think what's the point, i have been there a few times so it's best to take a step back, and visit any other forums you are on a help out there if you can, but as i say it's little brain that cannot take in or absorb things that are meaningless. I am the same in real life not really into small talk, so one of my many failings, and there are many. So yes Ian please do not think you have upset me, take no notice of me

I believe the club is in need of major re organisation, the technical side of it has been in decline for a long time a great deal of work is needed in re. organising and fully cataloguing the miriad of technical information available before it is lost we have already lost countless photos without which it is very difficult to follow procedures. I personally visit rarely now, and my contributions over the years have been limited as my technical knowledge is limited. My gratitude to others is immense but I feel the buzz of the club is gone. |

Sorry to lose you, a great resource for those whose knowledge and experience is limited. Good luck in what you do.
