Default Washer bottle neck won't twist

Have a leak from bottle and peeling back liner reveals no obvious leak from sensor and pump. Mr Haynes says "to remove washer bottle twist filler neck to remove." Well it moves about 1/32nd of a turn then of course is blocked by air con pipes. Any ideas please?

No scrub it! Found leak is a hose that has come off a pump hidden round the front - for headlights? - so bumper off to replace.

Pretty sure that there is no extra pump for the headlights, but rather you should have two pumps on your washer bottle. I've replaced a headlight pump without removing the bottle (BMW substitute).

Regards
