reversing switch on gearbox

Hi cant find a reversing switch for a 2005 cdti auto ,my lights are not working are the manual one the same, as thats all i can find on ebay any help please thanks john

Not sure but I believe the reverse light switch on autos is on the lever, not the gearbox...

As above reverse light switch is part of the auto selector on the automatic, check the relay and fuse if both ok, then you need to check the light cluster multiplug, for any corrosion of the terminals, if you find some clean them up.
