Default 75 Tourer water ingress

Just bought a '03 75 Tourer and found quite a lot of water in the spare wheel well. Is it the usual problem with the rear light seals? Does water gather only in the spare well or is the car now wet all over?

Rear light seals isn't a water leak ingress issue on the tourer models mate
It's only the saloon models that suffer from that particular problem
Check the trim clips/ vents etc

The tourers do not have rear light seals like on the saloons. Leaks could be boot seal, sunroof drains, trim clip holes or maybe even leaks from under the roof rails. I had a slight leak on my ZTT and it was from under the passenger side roof rail near the rear where the tail gate opens. I rectified this by taking off the roof rail and kifting the trim underneath, sealing underneath the trim and refitting everything.

Try Captain Tolley's Creeping Crack Sealant on the horizontal rear flank trim strips at each fixing position repeatedly. It did the trick on mine. Alternatively one could apply silicone sealer on the clip positions internally, but access is poor.

Turn the rubber stops all the way in, how far out were they unscrewed?.

Turn them out 1/2 a turn,
