The first breakfast meet that Karen and myself went to was at Denham, Peter made us feel so welcome, as he did every time afterwards at Frimley.

RIP old friend, you'll be sorely missed, our deepest condolences to his family.

Shocked and saddened to hear of Peter's passing. My condolences to his family. He was always welcoming and organised some great events. I remember attending the Clandon classic car meet a few years ago. A lovely sunny day and no sooner had I bumped into Peter and he was offering me a nice cold beer form the collection he had stowed in his car.

A true gent who will be missed by many.

That's very sad, 74 is still too young in my eyes.

Peter was always quick to offer a cold beer from his car when needed and he always made a particular point of speaking to new attendees at the breakfast meets to ensure they didn't feel left out . My first meet at Ruislip, Peter was there to greet me as soon as I got out the car, and asked if I needed the "plenum mod".

A terrific ambassador for the club. It's still hard to believe he wont be seen again at Frimley or Denham Too sad for word.

RIP Peter

Cliff

You are right, it is too sad for words. First time I met him he immediately did my plenums and offered me a beer. He made the Frimley meets very popular with members coming from far and wide. Lovely gentleman who will be sorely missed.

RIP Peter

Sad news indeed, I only met him once at the Frimley meet, but he took the time to make me feel welcome. Nice guy.

Such sad news to hear of Peter passing away. What a great person and friend. He was a brilliant host at the breakfast meets and always made you feel welcome. Thoughts are with his family at this very sad time
