Wanted: Engine Undertray for 1.8 75
As title; if anyone is nosing around a breaker and sees one of these I would be greatful if you would either let me know or even better grab one for me, I will of course reimburse - I just can't find one and don't know of any breakers locally.

From the photos it looks like the force of the blow was downwards onto the bonnet - in which case the airbags wouldn't trigger??

Without taking this thread WILDLY off topic (sorry!), is there not some sort of inertia sensor that sees a car go from 70mph (note the car's still in 4th gear) down to 0 in under a second and sets off a panic system somewhere?

If ever all my airbags triggered they would write off the car, think I counted 8!

Silverlake
Hi Ken
Its a funny thing but I go by there quite often but it never occurs to me that it is one of the biggest and best breakers in the south. Bit like the beach I suppose, its there but I never use it to its full potential, not since the carparking fees anyway. Its wet and its cold and the sand gets in my sarnies. |
