What a result!

Got at the hospital 20 mins early,went straight in for x rays,then the consultant saw me 20mins early as well,in and out in record time.

I was actually out of the hospital before my appointment was due

News is, everything is where it should be and break is knitting back together nicely,he do not want to see me no more until 5 weeks time,then he said the plaster will be taken off and replaced with a plastic boot thingy.

So although still in plaster I am very happy,I now have a date to look forward to

"Top marks to our NHS, long may it be there to serve us"

No not a lot really Ray it's my grandsons birthday tomorrow so I think that we are all out to lunch,we should have been going to a Suze veterans lunch on Sunday but this has been cancelled as there was a death in the membership

Having said that I was assuming that your grandson is a toddler, he could of course be driving to his party!

Sad to hear about the Suez Vets member, it would have been nice to have made one more.
