Another MOT pass
Took the wifes 75 for MoT. Apart from a clean of the wash bottle filter done by the garage flew straight through - no advisories.
In the 2 years she has owned the car we have only had one rear tyre and back box on exhaust. Got all the paperwork from previous owner and shows nothing beyond wear and tear items. Used for a daily 80 mile round trip commute and drives sweet as a nut. We had a look around at the weekend just in case we need a replacement quick if it failed. In the end she said -I'll get a runabout if need to but if possible want whatever needs doing to pass done to it and keep running it. Mechanics went out of their way to comment on the quality of the car and how it drives.Said it put a lot of the more modern cars they work on to shame. Not bad for a 15 year old car. |
