This has set off a faint alarm bell which might get a lot louder unless this garage has enthusiast knowledge of the engine and is familiar with the vvc manifold mod. It might save you money, hassle and from a possible bodge job to boot if you just rolled with the oem plastic manifold. Do you know what the problem is with your existing manifold?
