I have taken the picture from an article that was published 2 days ago in a French newspaper about a recent floods in the UK (see the link at the bottom of my first input). I did not know if it had appeared before (in July on the forum) . Maybe the same area was flooded again or that newspaper is using old photos???

If the owner is TPFT that's a different ball game, but as the water is up above the bumper line that'll be full of water.....

i understand this only applies if its salt water.

Nope - Flood water is deemed to be contaminated, usually with sewage, oil and other nasties..

Those photos have been taken at different times ;

Look at the trees, the leaves are still on the trees on the second photo shown with the water just up to the bumper but the leaves are off the trees as shown in the French paper. Not to mention car is in a different parking spot.

Now that is what I call unlucky.
