Correct, although the one in my post is from 1946 and not have yet the Suburban name yet (no two tone colours and no roof rails)

By the way check the Mascot on the hood (s*x on wheels)

I think I will remember this model by the fact that it has just one (one each side) external door hinge. Very strange
