Default V6 twin exhaust backboxes

Ha anybody added a second backbox on left hand side to give it the V8 look. Thinking of doing mine with four chrome straight pipes.

Thought about it when I had my Longlife system done.
All he was gonna charge was £150 extra for the backbox.
I decided against it as it was merely cosmetic and I didn't want people thinking "that V8 is ****...sounds like a V6"

I am think of using the left hand backbox, turning it upside down, remaking the rear of the box so pipes are on the correct side of the box and cutting off and turning inlet pipe through 180 degrees, take a second mid section where it turns from the tunnel and blend both pipe into one at rear axle. Just a bit of mig welding required, and about £50, plus chrome tails

Isnt it the right hand side you are adding?

It has been done a few times, should imagine it would affect your insurance and unless you get it right you might get more 'condensation' coming out of one that the other...

Think original 260 exhausts are available quite cheaply though or you can go aftermarket...

You would need to move the fuel charcoal canister also, not difficult, but must be done correctly.

I think a twin set up with these finishers would look smart.

Cant say ive ever seen a 75 with pipes sticking straight out. Zt yes, because of the bumper cut out. Have you photoshopped the image to see what it would like on a 75, before you even consider getting the welding gear out? Each to their own and all that. Good luck in your attempt, and i hope it looks good if you pull it off.
