Default Very interesting Development 08 Plate ZTT

This very interesting 08 plate ZTT was sold at a car dealer in Cannock as new (08) to an unsuspecting punter. He did not realise it is an "experimental" car with a full Euro4 fly by wire 2.5 v6 190 bhp petrol engine, which has lots of unusual and unique features. It was at Nick Bonethrones garage in Burton for a full enginerring assessment a few weeks ago.

Nice colour

Nice MG Rims, what are these? Are they a new design?

Fly by wire throtle controls

New layout and things in different places

It's a pukker job, not a lash up

Not visible just below the top a lable that reads MANN & HUMMEL prototype

Body coloured premium grill - mmmmm nice

Splitters below the spoiler

A very interesting Emergency Stop button hidden behind the dash console

And introducinig - Stability Control -

It is believed that this was a prototype for the next generation of engine that somehow got sold off by the administrators, amazing what you can still find.

Andy

Nice car but parts will be a serious problem when things go wrong.

That's why the owner wanted a full breakdown as is launching legal proceedings against the sellers.

Those are 17" Viking alloys..
The ZT in front of the Tourer looks like a V8.
Looks like the MG tourer is finished in Monogram Aurora??

Wow wow wow. Where do I start! The wheels are indeed 17'' Vikings as fitted to the LWB 75 V8, I am sure you know what I mean Andy. The Stop button (cut off switch) means it was a test car. The VX number plates and premium bumper with an MG badge make me that it escaped from Longbridge but not under PWC as so many development cars did but under SAIC/NAC ownership!
