A small prediction, you're not going to get it. Ever heard of the Cheques in the post department? Try to get a refund.

I did say on page 1 in a reply to somebody else that I am suprised to see this behaviour and that I hope its nothing serious with him. Nonetheless, it would be possible for him to tell me himself as he has replied to a few e-mails since I opened this topic. And he hasn't mentioned anything about being ill or having other problems of a serious nature.

The parcel was posted by Rob as far as I'm told, and I got a photo in the mail from the receipt when Rob dropped it off at the parcelshop. 24 hours later, the track and trace did show that the parcel was picked up from the parcelshop.

Won't think so as it was sent from the UK and there is no import duty (yet) on items from the UK. The overal value might not be high enough to trigger the import tax either.

I recently ordered a Navall Star from Radioguy. It arrived the next week. I've ordered a dashcam from him but that will be one to two weeks as the consignment first has to be shipped to him, then he ships to UK, then the items get posted.
I'll send an email to him Vinnie and see if he can get in touch with you.

Thanks madeupname, but as above ive had contact with Sean. Ive asked him to contact the shipping company because it is not normal for a parcel to remain at the same location for 8 days.

Sean has contact both Hermes and Parcel2Go via the chatfunction to ask why the parcel still hasn't moved. It is stuck at the "depot" since 28-3. The latest feedback was that they had no idea why it wasn't moving, and are going to enquere with the depot in question to see what the deal is.
The answer should be forwarded to Sean who will inform me.

I don't like the look of the situation. But I told Sean I needed a working track and trace before the cancelation deadline and he did sent me a working track and trace before the deadline. Seeing as he held his end of my demand, I can't do much else then wait while Parcel2Go screws this up.
