Morning all - lazybones has finally got his head in gear and is facing the day - well, what's left of it anyway

Hope Anthony hasn't got the same bug as I had - I think I'm finally clear of it - after nigh on 4 weeks

It's another pretty miserable day here - dark grey skies, damp and cold - I don't think I'll be spending much time in the great outdoors between now and bedtime
