Morning all, another sporting weekend is upon us, Formula One, boxing and of course footy. I hope Spur's beat the Manc's in the early afternoon kick off .

Morning Steve - by 'eck the temperature has dropped out there, and there's a strengthening, chill wind accompanying it too.
A strange day for me - SWMBO has tittled off on a bus trip to Bury Market with her sister for the day, so I am lord of my own destiny for around 12 hours.
So, I'm off to the Club to do the end of month stocktake, and then I'm staying on there to do a few admin. tasks and update Windows on the Club's PC. I'm taking a nice large Melton Mowbray pork pie with me for a snack
Come midday, a small group of us are meeting in the bar - an old friend has recently moved back into the area, so we need to catch up on what we've all been doing for the past 45 years. I'll then come back home mid afternoon - kip in the armchair for an hour, get myself some tea - and then go back to the Club for 3 hours of snooker, apple juice and meaningful conversation (or not as the case may be!)
