Cool

Evening all from rain lashed Cornwall. And gale force winds have played havoc with the recycling bins. Got soaked chasing my neighbours bins down the road.

Haddock fish cakes and a few chips for tea.

Hope all those under the weather make a full recovery.

Good morning Jeff and thank you.

To answer your question, the ticket is stamped with “it’s a strike free day” so I should be okay.

A part of me is still expecting the operations to be cancelled. We have changed our flight dates to fly to Kenya in January as it will take about 10 weeks before I can walk again after the op.

Have you set a date for the move from Acle?

Good morning Phil.

I would go with the glass half full optimism part of you Phil.

No date set yet. I'm waiting on our 'skipper' to give us a window of opportunity. We are tentatively looking from the 16th till the 24th of October as our likely departure period. It is fluid however due to weather etc.

Talking of weather. It's dark, dank and windy here this morning.

Leo has decided on having a 'duvet day' today

I'm on a photoshoot in Colchester this afternoon. Just waiting to hear from the client as to a 'Go, No Go' for launch.
If it's a No Go then we shall reschedule for Friday or the weekend. Might mean pushing my trip up to the boat till next week.

Morning. Not feeling any different to yesterday, I actually slept with the electric blanket on low. Have the complication that Ging is working and I'm going to have to drag my butt out to the Co-op for some much needed essentials.
