Hello Ian

This is a meet that I would just love to attend. I have sentimental links to The New Forest, my mother used to live in New Milton. As you may have spotted though, I live about as far away as I possibly could do in the UK and it would probably take me the best part of 3 days to get there.

If I were to get my silly head on and consider doing it just for the hell of it, is this a meet that I could just turn up to, or would you need to know in advance?

Good morning Tony
There is no need for pre booking for this meet so no problem at all should you decide to join us for the day. If you would prefer to fly down I'm sure we could arrange for someone pick you up from a "Southern" airport..
Cheers Ian

That's a really nice offer, thanks Ian. I will have to get closer to the time for all sorts of reasons, but especially the weather. It can start cutting up rough here any time after September. Flying down would be a possibility, but if I were to do the trip by car, I could drop in on rellies in the Midlands. Plus it would allow me to have a drive round some of my old haunts in your neck of the woods.

I will see how things go and let you know what I plan!

Cheers

Tony
