Changed the headlight bulb on a 1.8 Tourer today 45 mins struggling through tiny hole then gave up, 10 mins to take bumper off and 5 mins to change bulb.
If I ever meet the *** who designed the bulb change I will give him the biggest kicking of his life!

MAF disconnected
Thought I'd have a tinker to see if the MAF disconnect would do anything to the performance. Hell yes, but will now start to source a new MAF sensor.

This MAF below is the one most members have been using of late, you just need to use the insert as it the same as the R75 one, plenty of advise been reported about it and is £100 less than some being sold http://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/1312514049...%3AMEBIDX%3AIT Or if you want to have the whole unit then this is your best choice below http://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/1313552725...%3AMEBIDX%3AIT No reason to pay anymore than the above prices from any seller when these are perfect for our R75 diesels and MGZT diesels

I had a go at removing the boot plinth, what muppet designed those plastic lugs at the ends. The metal part that screws onto them just chews them up. I found a spare one of the metal nuts sitting in the boot lining so looks like someone at the factory dropped one in there and decided not to try and get it.
