Default DD Sat Nav Problem

I had been using the built in Sat Nav on Derek’s Black Pearl, all through out our visit to Wales, it is now coming up with Load Failed, what could have failed???

Sounds like it's failing to load iGo from the SD card. Either something has corrupted on the SD card, or possibly the path to the Programmes exe file has got corrupted.

Shame you're no longer in Egham, as I have the exact same model head unit and would happily have popped over for a "look see". If you're in no hurry and don't get a better offer, you're welcome to pop the SD card over to me in the post. I could then try it in my head unit and if the problem is with the SD card I could make you a copy from mine.

Hi Cliff that’s very kind of you, I think it’s the one you may have fitted for Derek,
Do you think a hard reset might work.

Cheers.

Can't hurt to try, you'll only lose the radio pre-sets. There's a pin hole top left if memory serves, or else just disconnect battery for a short while.
