Default South West Coast Path

A walk along the coast path to "Pirates Cove"on this stunning sunny day, hard to believe it's November, just a few dog walkers and a lone paddle boarder for company. Feel so lucky to have all this at the end of the road.
Back through Wyke Village where the lamp posts grow poppies every November when a £10 pound donation to the British Legion Poppy Appeal sponsers a poppy on a lamp post.. all done by our local pub

Cheers Ian

When I'm back in Devon I'm just down the road from there in Teignmouth.

Very interesting sea-side village.--Very worth a visit.---

Had several boats in the harbour down there for over 17 years.-- One big old plodder and two fast get up on the plane and go boats.--( Around 35 knots.--)

Always well supported Andy, in a few days the poppies will be spreading right across Weymouth, the town even has it's own official British Legion supported Festival of Remembrance which we will be attending on Sunday evening.

Cheers
