Bright LED reversing bulbs

Has anyone fitted high intensity LED bulbs for the reversing lights?
I bought a pair but, as soon as they came on....and they were incredibly bright, that just went dim.
Any recommendations that I can fit...that will work ???

Gonna be moving to a rural location next year hopefully and will want some seriously bright reversing lights.
