Rover 75 Wiper control.
Hi, New to this club. Has anyone had a problem with the intermitant wiper on thier Rover 75 . Mine will wipe once then stops ?? Any one any clues.

Sounds like a car which has had the windscreen replaced with a non rainsensor type to me

When you stop the wipers drop down a setting, i.e. when on slow they drop to intermittent and if on intermittent they stop.
I seem to recall that these standard settings can be changed with a T4 sessions. Think this maybe covered in the owners handbook. |

Just the speed setting on the end of the stalk.
If it stops when stationary, it could mean that the "Intelligent wipe option" has been selected by T4, this can also be disabled if you want Options via T4 Intelligent wipe (wiper speed goes down a notch under 5 mph) on or off Programmed wash wipe (no program or 2,3 or 4 wipes) |
