I suspect that the driver may well disappear before he is due to appear in court and everyone will lose out..
Thats one of the reasons our car insurance keeps increasing.

I suppose it is an ingenious ( but expensive ) way to avoid a parking ticket as he hasn't got any wheels on the ground.

I've just realised how to save thousands when parking in London et al....

So he literally went for a drive around the flats.

But what I can't work out is what is that woman doing on the left - silent prayer?
