Default An unexpected MOT pass....

....not that I expected a fail, mind. However a miscommunication with the garage meant that it was tested when not expected! However, am happy with a no advisory pass 3 months ahead of schedule!

Good news for you, but this proves how the testers who dont follow a thorough procedure eventually get caught out, registering a vehicle for test in error carries a substantial kick in the unmentionables from DVSA not to mention a stack of points against your license ETC, and the AEDM of the garage gets equally as hard disciplinary for silly errors !
Get this against you as a tester, and theyre on to you and will get you again eventually !

I didn't know that, but anyway wouldn't dream of complaining as I have used the garage for about 20 years - same owner still - and they are always very fair to us. Just one of those things as far as I'm concerned, and strangely enough I was thinking about putting it in a bit early as it is my first mot with this car having bought it last September with a full ticket. I'd always rather know what is wrong with my car and sort it out promptly so even if it had failed it wouldn't have been the end of the world.
