Frankly I'd leave it till first thing in the morning. Its boxing day so hospitals are running minimum staff, A&E (if they have one) and enough to keep the wards ticking over, no clinics etc. Keep trying today you'll just end up getting frustrated.

Gradually getting better. Actually went out today, well I took the Yellow one for a run. Ran so sweet, cheered me right up.. still no appetite though.

Might risk a wee malt tonight.

Evening all, I have a cough and a bit of a sore throat for a couple of days, I have had another terrible date ,due to sad and no further time for my cranial operation for a while. I think I need to go to the doctors and given some better tablets.

Hope you're feeling better soon Rich and glad you are felling a little better Bob.

Nan had her operation this afternoon and we have been told it went well.
Mum should be able to visit her tomorrow and then we can get some further updates on how long she will need to stay in hospital for and what care maybe needed on her discharge.

Good morning all and best wishes to Richard, Bob and Jeff’s Nan for a speedy and uneventful recovery.

Thinking of your Nan Jeff after her hip replacement yesterday and hoping she is on the road to getting better and back on her feet again.

I heard from Rod and he is still having investigations as he is not yet back to his old self. He hasn’t lost his sense of humour and says to pass on his best wishes and regards to the boys in the club

Morning everyone.

Been awake most of the night but not through illness but through the inconsiderate neighbours who decided to party all night. In the past I have tolerated the parties but this one was a bit much. Bass, and more bass echoing through my walls. They will be receiving a complaint from me today. Till then I’ll be slamming a few doors.

We are expecting rain today.

Today Ros is back to work, I'll be back either tomorrow or Thursday once I hear from my clients.

So for me today I shall be doing some baking to keep me amused . I'll be making some more cheese scones and some fruit scones as well
