Default Servicing Schedule

Are there checklists available on here covering what items are checked / adjusted / replaced at each service interval?

I'm interested in one for the ZT-T diesel.

If you have a diesel you are better off using the earlier service schedule and not the later one posted above.

I note that the form in the image is different from those on the linked page. Does anyone know why? The doct in the image is dated 2004, whereas those on the linked page are undated.

Hi Mike,
is there somewhere I can get a copy of the older one for comparison?

What is it that is better about the earlier service schedule?

Earlier version has the auxiliary belts changed every 90k miles or 6 years whichever comes sooner. Later version has you inspecting the belts every 15k miles or annually.

You can't accurately inspect them unless you take them off, so far better to replace them at set intervals and as long as you use decent belts (Contitech or Gates) they will never let you down.
