Default Downstream o2 sensor 1.8 is there one?

As in the title really.
Does anyone know if there is there a downstream sensor fitted to the normally aspirated 1.8 Cowley model.
I am getting an error for downstream o2 sensor heater open circuit.
The sensor in the manifold has just been replaced but fault still comes up.
I have squeezed under the car to see if i could see one after the cat but could not see one but visibility was a bit awkward.
I really need some longer ramps so I can get the front up like I can the rear!

According to Rimmers, there's a blanking plug fitted https://rimmerbros.com/Item--i-GRID001923
But I know for a fact that mine has one Strange

Now it makes a bit of sense seeing that.
I could not see any wiring, nor a blanking plug come to that. Mind you although I looked from both sides I could not see all round the cat.
Perhaps it was only fitted to later models this one hails from 2000.
Thanks for that.

Here's Rimmer's photo of the front pipe-catalyst section. The sensor is screwed into the socket with a red blanking plug.

Only post-2001 cars will have the downstream O2 sensor, it only became mandatory with Euro 3 emissions regulation.
