Just can't be bothered, especially after checking out Bendrick's posts on the thread from last July...

I agree and would also add that it depends on the nature of the business. If you are shifting 99p plastic toys by the hundreds each day, answering the phone to take queries or provide order updates is probably not going to be sustainable as a business model. On the other hand, if you are shifting a handful or even large volumes of £100 orders then the customers' expectations will be different.
At the end of the day, you should only find a seller's behaviour unacceptable on one occasion. After that, vote with your feet (or credit card). If you do not, then you find it OK to live with the seller's bahaviour. |

Twenty minutes later .... you give up! Not only private businesses, Public sector agencies very prone to this form of "get lost" technique..
Hands up all those who think the above never happens... Hmmm... that many... In closing, over the past few years, had a number of dealings with Mat.... Diamond geezer in my books...
I don't recall advising anyone to pull over on a motorway to answer a phone call. I fully agree with you that to do so would be a very poor decision. |

I believe I've been in touch and sorted this issue - our Spam filter being a little over-zealous
The usual culprits for the pitchfork race out in force, I see! Hello villagers Supply of RGG104962 and 972 is a little slow at the moment as XPart are out of stock - we do have them available, but have to order them in through a 3rd party which has taken slightly longer than expected in this instance. My apologies to the OP for the slow delivery. For future reference to anyone reading this, our Spam filter does sometimes get the better of us - we've turned it down a notch (again) today, but if in doubt you can PM on here, email / / find us on our Facebook page, Discount MG Rover Spares, or direct message me via Facebook (Mat Price).

Thankfully he seems to be on a 'calm day' and makes some fair points, albeit points I've addressed previously.

Matt , just a suggestion... Would it not be helpful to everyone if you put a note on your website , or order confirmation that you don't have a phone number.
Surely better for everyone if it was made clear.

An excellent idea I’ll include that in the order confirmation notes too.
