If all doors are locking and unlocking from the centre console switch, and assuming using the mechanical key lock does the same? (can you confirm this) changing an actuator will not solve the problem. From your posts it sounds like a key issue or a possible BCU fault,

And that's the question that should have been asked first isn't it.
Does sound like a problem with the key circuit board or switches.

Unlock button on the remote is faulty. You can buy replacements on ebay, but you need care and good soldering skills to replace them.

Fix a poor handbrake; DIY ABS diagnostic unit; Loan of the spanner needed to change the CDT belts; free OBD diagnostics +MAF; Correct Bosch MAF cheap; DVB-T install in an ex-hi-line system; DD install with a HK amp; FBH servicing.

I've taken a vow of poverty. To annoy me, send money.

So the actuators are all fine, and the key remote works when it feels like it. I agree with Harry I'm afraid. I'm not sure who is close to you for a key repair but if you can do without the car for a few days there is a postal service offered by the experts here.
