Smile roof strip 'poppers'

This may be a silly question to ask - but I have 'lost' one of the small round plastic inserts that go into the strips that run down either side of the roof on my MG ZT. The ones in mine are dark grey or black, but the hole left behind will I guess fill with water or dirt which isn't too clever.
Anyone know where we can obtain these little roof strip 'poppers' as I call them?
I almost lost a second one when washing the car this afternoon, but it came out and I caught it and put it back - it seemed to fit snugly, so it isn't likely to come out all by itself. But of course I am short by one for the roof line now.
Any pointers as to where they can be obtained - and what their proper name is - would be much appreciated. Cheers, Alex.

Hi - are those metallic strips that cover the whole length? I'd be quite interested in that as a solution.

Must get some of those plugs too. The two rear ones on my roof vanished last week after pressure washing the car.

I think they must have fitted a new pump at my regular car wash.-----

That chrome strip looks really good! I shall try and look it up - perhaps get some in black if they do it, as the MG ZT hasn't that much chrome on it, whereas my old Rover 75 did have some.
