Are you sure this is for the rear suspension? I know they do the rear bushes for the front suspension arms.

Interested to know what the specific tool is for removing these.

Look up RTAB tool in ebay. Very different from the front arm rear bushes. I've bought the bushes for my ztt and they have a rim,sort of top hat shaped,so removing old ones may need a little ingenuity. But once out the new ones will go in easy with a bit of elbow grease. Only tools you need are ratchet and spanner. And the e46 bush tool of course. £30 ish. I got the black 1. I also used the tool for the upper arm outer rear bushes on the e46,which look very similar on the mg. Just used a socket to push the bush and hex keys to support the cup end on the hub. If you get what I mean.
