Analogue to digital for TV

I acquired an Alpine fitted ZT after introduction of digital TV nationwide. Is there a quick fix for my formerly analogue TV in the sat nav unit please anyone?

Buy a BMW hybrid tuner, it's a straight swap. It's not cheap though.
