I ordered these and they arrived very quickly.
Did my oil change yesterday, so as the undertray was off I used these to replace a couple that were missing plus renew all 4 on front edge under the bumper. Easy to install and seemed to lock in place ok. Time will tell, I suppose but they seem good.

Default Dutz type retaining screws

These work extremely well if one retains as follows
Diy usually work on the car jacked up so you have to go in from the sides. (outstretched arm) You have to use the original type which has a cross type screw head (phillips type) With a short type cross headed screwdriver it works fine and applying at a slight angle is still positive. The single slot head for a flat headed screwdriver has to be applied at right-angles and are positive with the car up on a Garage type Jack. Screws only require a 90 Degree turn to fasten as designed. Also, suggest you locate the actual screw to the tray first and retain to the tray by using a nylon washer which is larger than the Screw hole. If one happens to come loose (Hitting a sleeping policeman at speed !) you wont loose the retaining screw which will be still held in the tray - just push up and give the screw a 90 degree turn. The word Dutz springs to mind - spelling?
My appreciation
John

Have you tried them then, or is that your opinion without needing to view them?
Mine arrived in good time and they seem to me to be pretty good and holding well.

This is what I'm using, along with some captive washers made using a hole punch set and a plastic milk bottle

No they're not, if fitted properly using the washers.
Why do some people begrudge buying these washers then spend just as much on an inferior alternative?

Because I'm loathed to spend £1.97 each on a plastic washer when I can make dozens in ten minutes for minimal outlay

To be fair, these are simply a retaining device as they do not provide an interface between the head of the fastener and the undertray, you could more than likely use these instead LINK where if you wanted to buy a pack of fifty, they will cost you ten pence each

I had my undertray put back onto the car and the garage used nuts/bolts as they said the clips are naff.
