A huge "thank you" to all those who have sent their condolences - they are very much appreciated.
I now have someone up there to fix my car when it breaks down outside the pearly gates. Peter was a motor mechanic for the whole of his working life albeit he spent the final few years of his career as an AA Patrolman.

I thought the rain had eased off a bit . . . . wrong! It had merely changed direction so that the back door was in shelter.
