can anyone tell me where the best place to get a radio code please

First job look here for radio model. Harmony always factory coded, Symphony dealer coded in the main only of requested, so most are left ex/factory, no code, those with sat nav/TV etc. are all seperate units variously located don't use codes at all.

If all else fails you will need a commercial service, try Wyn at Eurorover

Not strictly true anymore, Xpart02 has suspended this service, that leaves only commercial service, Xpart dealerships, or original supplier if they are still in business and have retained records.
