Default Rear brake pipes

Just had an MOT failure on rear brake pipes corroded on my 2003 75 Tourer. Looked through the forums I've seen quite a few posts, but does anyone have any pics on where the front union connects and also how the pipes go over the rear tank/how you access them by dropping the tank?

Does anyone offer pre-made kunifer pipes?

Thanks.
