Just cleaned my headlights and replaced a missing jackpad. Also spray greased the door mechanisms. ☺ Slowly slowly.

Fitted the replacement rear arms, and boxed everything else up, battery back on and off for a test drive.........lovely light clutch, super smooth gearchanges, no knocks bangs or rattles

So I can enjoy the next five weeks before I scrap it when the MOT runs out

Today I changed the manifold, EGR, and MAP sensor, fitted a clean new air filter, PCV filter, bonnet mod, fuel filter, inline stat, removed & replaced the air duct to slam panel bolts, topped up power steering and brake fluid, added some Viton O-rings to the coolant header tank cap, and finally to finish the days work off i added a new EGR solenoid to brake servo hose.

Ordered a set of tail light bulbs; had to replace one last night and was dismayed to find I only had 1 spare left!

So a pair of genuine Osram bulbs ordered, and I splashed out on a set of diadem chrome indicator bulbs at the same time because (predictably) the orange paint is flaking off the current bulbs..

Not my car, but admired bones in the 2019 calendar.

Hi Scott.
Lets just say that my plans for carrying the tool boxes for the 2019 Nano meets will be less of pain hopefully by this time next week I will have got 90% it sorted out, mind you that is always in the hands of the weather.

Gave the seats a nice treatment with Leather cleaner/restorer - not that they needed it but aim to keep them in excellent condition!

Used 'Back to Black' on all the exterior trim including the roof bars

Lots of other stuff to do, plodding along
