A cheap way to play MP3s on a HK system
Well I cannot go the whole hog and buy a third Radioguy unit. Also in the contemporary saloon I was looking to retain the HK system intact. So I have bought this!
http://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/Car-MP3-Pl...item41924ce36e Basically a cassette shaped MP3 player that is rechargeable and plays MP3s off of a standard SD card. Has a remote and shuffle functions. Obviously not too sophisticated but for £11 not a bad way of getting modern music into a standard HK set up. Great sound too as its using all the gubbins it was designed to! |

well yes but via the tape head; you save your playlist onto an SD card stick it in the cassette and off you go. Cassette lasts about 7 hours on one charge but can be powered of the cigarette lighter. Quite like this a cheap option to allow me to play MP3s through the original HK system without taking anything out.
