Does anyone know this car?

Just wondered if it was worth a look.

cat D light front end damage

Might be worth a look but be prepared for work, especially as the light front end damage isn't obvious in the pics.

It'd look good in the Luxembourg line up

Nice looking, well priced motor, but would love to know what the damage was/is?

From the pics, the car has no undertray fitted (you can see through the grille mesh).

The damage appears to to the passenger side of the bumper - hard to tell from the photos but there are blemishes there that could indicate cracked or heavily scratched bumper/bonnet.

Bit of an odd one that, I thought a facelift Mk2 should have a sunroof xenons and headlight washers?

Perhaps the bumper has already been replaced

It was the colour that atracted me Mike

Looks like a lot of motor for the money. Just wondered what the catch was, I'll give 'em a ring.

The damage to the bumper would not have blown out the undertray. I wonder if the damage was more from bottom'ing it out which would make me want to look at the manafolds, exhaust etc as well. (Lowest point on the 260 is the exhaust, yes other than the four tyres )

Undertrays for the V8 are like rocking horse poo at the moment as well.

I originally liked the look of this one. Enough for me to consider parting with money! However, if you look at the interior shot the left horn button is not fitted correctly which may indicate that the airbag has been deployed and since replaced.

I would be checking over that car with a fine toothed comb. If the airbag has deployed it would probably cause a lot more damaged than a scuffed bumper!
