hmm and now I'm wondering how nice I am...my nice side says best not to bid against a club member and my naughty side says ooh its a private listing - who'd know!

bid away buddy - I mean "mine" as in I'm selling it!

I'm going to let the market do the hard work... and hence putting the private listing. I thought trying out some capitalism before the depression might be fun.

Otherwise too many gentlemen putting coats down for Ladies...
